"Nothing wrong with the gear but it was the 60 year old incredibly rude lady managing the shop who went out of her way to be less than polite about a few enquiries made about the facilities of the sauna and personal training businesses upstairs. we run a very successful accommodation business in the region and were going to send guests this way, not anymore if this is how they treat potential customers - some definite training in dealing with the public and marketing is required."
