To visit our shelter, please note our opening hours. While appointments are preferred, we are open on Mondays from 11am to 6pm, Tuesdays to Thursdays from 11am to 4.30pm, Fridays from 11am to 6pm, and Saturdays from 9am to 1pm. On Sundays, we are closed to the public.

"Great vet, lovely staff only let down is their phone system. Can not be reached a lot of the time and voice mail needs to reflect relevant information such opening hours over Christmas and New Years as does their information on Google. Because they are so hard to reach it is impossible to tell whether they are just "being hard to reach" or they are just closed. I got my dog from Paws, I like the vet but this gets annoying."
