"Staff are great and we had option to have free breakfast every morning during our stay. Bit hard to park as the parking area is too congested. We checked in at late night and the checkin process is very easy and the reception staff provided all the info we need as we are new to the city."

"This hotel was an old hospital converted into a great place to stay. Checked in with virgin airline staff. Great location. Room keys are very sensitive and disable when kept with you’re phone. So avoid the headache and keep separate"

"We had a 5 night stay and really had a great time. Cleanliness of the room is top notch and all the concierge staff were helpful and polite. The location is pretty much walking distance to Launceston City Centre where you can easily grab food. Although the bed is not that soft but you can still sleep pretty well given that pillows are soft and bedding is really clean. Aircon worked well so we didn’t get cold while sleeping. Noice outside the door can be heard inside the room but you can’t hear noice from the other rooms so that’s all good. Breakfast and dinner in the restaurant are delicious and have a decent variety. The reception said that they could give us a discount if we pre-book breakfast for the next day however, we were charged $28 instead of $25 per breakfast. I just said that I’ll just give that as a tip. Over-all it’s a very nice stay and we will be back if we go to Launceston again. Thanks Mantra Charles!"
