"Bought a new ensemble base last week at the Launceston store. Ladies there gave great service and ensemble was delivered 2 days later. Guys that delivered bed were very friendly and efficient. They even set the ensemble up for me and placed my heavy mattress on top. What great service and would highly recommend them."

My bed is rock hard and no chance of it getting any better! Even after I’ve had to purchase a topper. There is no bounce it’s like sleeping on an iron board. When I went to pick it up Andrew packed my bed frame into my ute like it was a precious baby bird. I would have accepted a dent or scratch here and there as collateral damage because I didn't spring for delivery, but that wasn't good enough for Andrew! What an amazing team.
