"Paid $20 for entry and then brought 2 drinks, going back for my third I was charged for my drink and then given water and no drink. Bartender claimed I was too drunk even though I had only had 2 drinks and 4 glasses of water at that point. I asked him to give me my drink that I PAID for and I got security called on me and thrown out. This is the worst club in Perth not worth it."
"Would be a nice venue if not for a few members of the security team. 2 members of our group let in, one kicked out for what we later found that security claimed was intoxication. They were sober at the time, however that's completely the clubs discretion. The issue came when trying to ask why they kicked them out. For quite a time, the security said absolutely nothing to any of the members of our group when asking why she wasn't allowed in and then refused to refund either of the 2 who had just paid as 'those ones are allowed in'. Follows an incident months ago where another friend left to retrieve a ring that fell from the balcony, leaving her ID and phone upstairs. Understandably couldn't be let back in without ID however when she asked for security to contact someone upstairs to bring it down to them, or bring her phone and purse so she could leave, told her 'That sucks' and left her stranded in Smart Street with no means to enter or leave. Understand that the position can get hostile, but the lack of people skills and situational awareness can not only ruin a night, but put people in very unsafe situations."
