"Some members of staff unhelpful, borderline incompetent. Had to keep chasing them for documents, information etc. Told we were getting a refund , for a function we couldn't attend due to circumstances out of our control and we gave enough notice under the cancellation policy printed on the itinerary.When we hadn't heard back for a week contacted them (again) to be told at the end of the day we now weren't getting a refund, will now be reporting matter to ACCC and other bodies, buyer BEWARE."
