Welcome to Kids Paradise, located at 1 Waterfront Drive in Launceston, Australia. Our institution is more than just a cafe or a food establishment, it is a point of interest and a tourist attraction for families and children. With two playgrounds spanning two floors, as well as imaginative play rooms and a cafe, there is plenty of space for you and your loved ones to create new and exciting memories. Our aim is to not only create memories with your own children, but to also foster connections with family and friends.

Please note that the downstairs playground is closed Tuesday through Thursday during term due to our Baby Sensory & Toddler Sense classes. Admission can be purchased from Jude's Cafe prior to entry into Kids Paradise Playground.

We take pride in hearing the war cries of children, as it signifies that amazing memories were made and that the Kids Paradise admission was worth it. Our playgrounds provide the perfect opportunity for children to showcase their climbing skills and bravery. The Pirate Playground upstairs is ideal for children aged 5 and under, while the downstairs playground is designed for those seeking a bigger challenge. Both playgrounds are equipped with obstacles, slides, and ball pits to keep children entertained.

In addition to the playgrounds, we have also created a Kids Town neighborhood where children can engage in role-playing, problem-solving, and creative exploration. They can shop in the grocery store or run a cafe, allowing their imaginations to run wild. Our dress-up space is always changing, and we encourage children to be creative and engage in role-playing, singing, and performing on stage.

For our youngest visitors, we have a Baby Sense playroom that offers new sensory experiences every week. This playroom is designed to stimulate their senses and aid in their development. We also host an open play group on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays in the upstairs play space exclusively for babies, toddlers, and preschoolers. It is a great opportunity to meet other families, get inspired, and have fun.

Every month, we introduce new activities, dress-ups, and toys to the upstairs area of Kids Paradise, so be sure to visit regularly to avoid missing out on the fun. While your children play to their heart's content, you can connect with friends and family over a coffee or a meal.

If you're looking for a hassle-free birthday party, look no further than Kids Paradise. We take care of all the arrangements so that you can simply enjoy the special moments. Additionally, we offer childcare services during school holidays, providing a program full of fun games and activities that your kids will love.

At Kids Paradise, we prioritize the health and safety of our visitors. Therefore, we kindly request that no outside food is brought into our premises unless it has been purchased from Jude's Cafe or pre-arranged with us. This policy is in line with the strict food health and safety regulations set by the local government, which we have diligently adhered to. We have designated seating areas where you can enjoy food purchased from our cafe menu, but we ask that you do not allow your children to eat while playing in the actual playground to maintain a hygienic environment for everyone.

Parents are responsible for supervising their children while at Kids Paradise. We believe that now, more than ever, children need safe and inspiring places to stretch their imaginations, test their skills, and connect with the world around them. Tailrace Community Church, in partnership with parents, caregivers, and other organizations, aims to provide such a place through Kids Paradise. Our church serves the community of Launceston and strives to improve the lives of children in the area.
