"This was my first experience getting radio. 15 cycles over 3 weeks for breast cancer. The team at Icon were all amazing and made the experience easy with their friendly and approachable nature. "The doctor started my treatment as a matter of urgency with a suspected diagnosis. You do put your trust in the experts after shocking news, even though I questioned it. I was actually getting my first chemo at Icon Rockingham WA when I received a phone call telling me I had a different cancer. The doctor should have waited for the correct scan results to confirm which cancer I had. Apparently they (after my complaint) have reviewed their procedure so this won't happen to anyone else. Make sure you are 100% sure of your diagnosis before you go for Chemo with Icon. I switched to the public service and after some prodding eventually got my insurance excess back from Icon."
