"I had a problem the other day with requiring a medical clearance letter urgently from my doctor but was unable to get an appointment for a month. I went in to the centre and explained my problem to the receptionist Lisa. She was so helpful and did everything she could to liaise with the doctor to ensure he was able to fit me in for a phone consultation. She followed up with numerous phone calls to let me know what was happening and was totally professional in assisting me with what I required. Fantastic A grade service and definitely an asset to the company she works for."

"I’ve been using this surgery for nearly 9 years, I very early visit the Doctor. I booked an appointment on line which I needed for a script before travelling overseas, only to be told on arrival that the doctor no longer works from the surgery. There was no explanation given for me showing proof of my online booking and no Assyrian alternative appointments, despite me noting the importance of my appointment prior to travelling. Extremely poor customs service from the receptionist staff. After 9 years I will be registering at a different surgery."

"I have been going to Oasis Dve Medical Practice formerly known as Secret Harbour Medical for over 15 yrs, the whole team at Oasis Dve have seen us through thick and thin and my family could not have made it through without the Care and Attention we've always received and between the 4 of us in the family there isn't much we haven't had : ) From the Reception Girls, The Practice Manager Lyn the Wonderful Nurse's especially Sandy who has always done anything she could to help in anyway possible with whatever was going on in the Family. Then there are the Doctor's, my Doctor has always been Dr AnnMarie Guthrie who has gone above and beyond in taking care of my needs over the years for which I'm extremely grateful, but we have seen them all from Dr Mikael (retired) Dr Andrew Thomas, Dr Hema Chaparala, Dr Noor Sellah and Dr Siti Mariam have all been Excellent in treating us as a family and there have also been some lovely doctors who have since moved on Dr Celeste Trichardt and Dr Ramesh Kannan. We're Extremely Grateful for the service we have received over the many years but we're ourselves are moving on and we will miss you all ❤ The Condo Family"
