Reviews
"Calm ambiance and has a nice collection of things. But it's on the expensive side for me."
"The staff member was very helpful. She actually helped me save some coin. Uni books are not cheap."
"The week before the semester started I drove up from Katherine (3.5hrs) to pick up my text books, only to find that they where out of stock for what I needed for the 3 units I was about to start. This is after I called ahead of time and asked if they could help me out which they said it should be fine. Only 1 of the 4 text books where advertised as "sold out" on their website and I was told to order it as an E-book instead and order the rest online and get them express posted. The book they told me was available in E-book format was not available on their website and Iv'e now placed online orders for the rest of the text books. The semester has now started and the website still states that they're out of stock. I would of given it 1 star but I took into consideration that we're going through covid and the staff there were quite pleasant. Still, the CDU bookshop really let me down this semester."
"The customer service was mediocre and they did not have in stock the textbooks that I need for the semester. It was dissapointing as usually the service is remarkably better."
"The people are lovely. However the shop itself is far too expensive for even the most basic things (such as pens, pencils and erasers). Only reccommended for buying stuff needed at the very last minute."
