Firstly, I had to wait for 45min even though I have made an appointment and secondly, after having given my instructions on how to cut my hair, the barber still tried to convince me a few times to do it in his prefered way. I still ended up getting a decent haircut and had a lovely conversation. But the delay and the above mentioned situation makes it only a 3 star experience for me."
