"Last night, I had the pleasure of visiting Oasis Hair with my daughter Mikayla for a hair-washing, drying, and styling session. The experience left us both absolutely delighted, thanks in large part to the exceptional service provided by Jessie. From the moment we walked through the door, Jessie's warm and welcoming personality instantly put us at ease. It's not every day that you encounter such genuine and attentive customer service, and it set the tone for what turned out to be a remarkable evening. What makes this experience particularly meaningful is that my daughter Mikayla, who is 15 years old, has been battling depression and anxiety recently. These struggles have unfortunately taken a toll on her confidence and self-esteem, especially regarding her personal appearance. She's had to face the challenge of changing schools, and this Monday she was commencing school. Jessie's empathetic approach showed as he listened intently to Mikayla's desires for her hair. This simple act of genuine understanding made a world of difference. But it didn't stop there. Jessie went above and beyond, investing extra time and effort to create a stunning 80's wave that looked like a work out !!! haha the results were great and my daughter could not stop smiling! "I have used this salon on numerous times and always been happy with my colour. Not this time, I went in may for a colour correction and showed the stylist a photo of the colour/cut I wished my hair to be. I was never told that this colour request was not achievable and left the salon unhappy with both the cut and the colour. It was not remotely as requested. I was invited back the following day and my hair was re cut again. We discussed the problem with the colour and I was invited back to re do the colour. The stylist was going on holiday for a number of weeks an appointment was made for 3rd July. Again NO mention of this colour not being achievable. The second attempt to rectify the colour was also not successful and i immediately pointed this out. That resulted in the manager coming over and rudely telling me for the first time that I needed to visit the salon a further 2/3 times to achieve the colour requested. She told the stylist to take me to the basin and put another colour over the top. I decided not to allow any further attempts to correct my hair colour. I was then taken to the till and presented with a bill for $299.87 despite being invited back to correct a colour I was unhappy with on the first visit. I paid the bill and left in tears. I have since asked for a refund for the second payment of $299.87 and been refused. I have instead been invited back for a 3rd time which I obviously declined. Will not be using this salon again"

"The talented team at Hair Oasis did a great job on my hair which was looking dull and lifeless when I went in. They were able to blend my greys and restore the shine, leaving me feeling like a new woman! Sharlene has a wealth of knowledge and is a fantastic mentor for the younger girls. Emily did the most amazing basin treatment (I could easily have fallen asleep) and blow dry. Kayla's foiling was beautiful and precise. I loved their attention to detail! Will definitely be back!"
