"Very disappointed with the customer service from this home business. I arrived 10 mins early, being a new prospective client it's always better to arrive a little early. I knocked on the door, no answer. I knocked again still no answer ( I could hear movement inside). After no response, I went to my car and text to say I was out the front. The response I received was "Just opened the door, you were very early. Your appointment is at 9.00am." I find this customer service extremely rude! As a new client I weren't to know that I wasn't allowed to show up until dead on my appointment. Instead of making me wait out in the cold, some common courtesy for any client would have been to open the door and say "Hi, thank you for coming, you're a little early - do you mind waiting either in your car or there are some chairs on my porch you can sit while I get ready". I would never just ghost a customer because they're early, infact I would welcome it! It's better than them not showing up. If you're a running a home business especially as your customers are your main source of income, you treat them with a little respect. This is good way to lose clientel and I won't be recommending your business."
