The practice quickly grew, and in 1987, Richard Grayson was employed to help manage the increasing workload. Over the years, the practice continued to flourish, leading Adrian to focus solely on practicing as a dentist in Rockingham. In May 2017, Richard Grayson relocated to its new premises at 90 Parkin Street, Rockingham, decommissioning the Cooloongup location. It should be noted that there is no longer any connection to Grange Medical Centre.
