"Since the post Covid period to till now they are practicing all sorts of Covid regulations including wearing mask which reflects a safe place to go as patient, All GP s are very professional, skilled and most importantly friendly which make you to feel relief as a patient. I highly appreciate the service I have been receiving since I started visiting this health centre."

"Pretending to offer services that they don't, booking my appointment assuring me it could be done that day only to find the GP couldn't provide the service and prescription laughed off at pharmacy saying "you can just but that off the shelf". 1 hour. And $89 wasted! Also tell me why you are selling face masks to stop the spread of covid but only accepting cash which is one sure way to spread covid. It's such a busy clinic I feel sorry for your patients and also happy I'm not one of them."

"As a GP clinic they need to have more staff and be more efficient. It is not fair on people who value their time. - I have to wait 30-45mins every time to see a GP, what the point of booking a set time appointment?! - Every time you call them, I have to wait 15mins because they put you on hold. - Mask are mandatory at this practice yet they will not provide them so you have to purchase it. It is disappointing that people are routinely expected to wait 30mins for a 10min consult with a GP. Please consider extending your GP time slots and don’t book so many patients if the GP can’t see them within that time slot!"
