Paid $10.90 Bread was completely stale, avacodo was black, cheese and chicken tasted off like it was sitting there for over week… had a few bites and half an hour later ran to the toilet with it coming out from both ends. "Grumpy and rude staff / customer service and bickering between staff in front of customers at the counter. Food and drinks dumped on the table with not so much as a smile or "Enjoy", let alone confirm our order as it was delivered. We used to enjoy coming here but this has been our experience the last three times and so we will be spending our money and time where the staff value their customers and their jobs."
"Absolutely terrible! Went there today, our toasties took forever, the croissant had to be redone as takeaway because they burnt the first one. My chicken cheese toasted sandwich was rock hard & over cooked....couldn't eat it without breaking a tooth, so l had to go without! Complete waste of money! All l was offered was a free muffin! Used to be a good store, WILL NEVER EVER GO THERE AGAIN!!!!!!!"
"Rarely do I write a bad review. I ordered a savoury muffin and asked for it to be warmed up. It was served cold with a knife but not a fork. I took it back and had it warmed up. With my coffee, I got a teaspoon and used it. Couldn’t be bothered going back to the counter for a knife. You can do better, Muffin Break. Your turnover is not that bad."
