"I got a manicure and shellac done here. The staff were nice but the nail done themselves weren’t, there were also cockroaches, one of them crawled on the table I was sitting at and the lady just squashed it and put it in the bin not offering why it was there so obviously this is a usual thing at their shop. the paint of the nails is uneven and already chipping and I haven’t even had them for 24hours. I called to see if I could get my money back but got told they offer no refunds but they offered to redo them. I am not going back there again just for them to stuff up again. I suggest going to the nail place next to Kmart as it’s always clean and their work is much better"
