"Very disappointed with the customer service we recieved from the dining department. We spent a substantial amount of money on new furniture to renovate our home (over 10k) We received it in dribs and drabs which was fine. Was told 4-6 weeks for our dining chairs to come from the supplier, when asked if we could take the floors stock was told a firm no which was fine, worth asking. After 6 weeks we called for an update and was told they didn't know, they would contact the supplier and get back to us. No call back. We call another week later was told the same thing, called again 2 days later for them to say would be atleast another 4 weeks wait or we could now take floor stock at no discounted price. Absolutely not happy. The fact we had to chase up for updates 3 times is ridiculous!"
"Wouldn’t replace my faulty vacuum within warranty even with a receipt and letter from the maker. Just annoying car salesman working there unfortunately.. "Because they are a franchise store" they wanted me to pay extra or get a downgraded replacement which is contrary to numerous discussions I had regarding the issue with the store and maker. I originally just wanted to buy a new battery to be able to use the product but cannot and now cannot use it."
