"Unfortunately I had a really bad experience with a staff member on the 23/07/23. I arrived ten minutes late for my appointment which I took full responsibility for, however I feel the whole situation was handled so unprofessionally - the staff member said they rang me to reschedule the appointment however they also text me (after I missed their call) asking was I still attending the appointment to which I advised I was and apologised for running late. However when I arrived I was abruptly told my appointment had been cancelled and I would have to reschedule but no mention was made as to the reason why. When I returned a few minutes later to enquire about getting my $50 deposit back they advised I would not get it back as I had cancelled and would have to reschedule if I didn’t want to lose my $50. I explained I was going overseas and couldn’t reschedule and I also tried explaining my confusion about the cancellation because they had text me to see was I still coming and I arrived five minutes later - however the staff member just became argumentative and I felt there was no point in continuing the conversation and accepted the loss of the $50. I really want to stress that I fully accept I was wrong to be late for the appointment and would of understood if it had been explained to me when I arrived or had been advised over text message, but it wasn’t and was just overall a really uncomfortable experience."

The specific treatment I was booked for didn't happen because it wasn't the right timing. But rather then push through for a sale it was rebooked no questions asked, after Ash's recommendations. 100% stoked with this beautiful local business. Keep it up!! Love from a local."
