I can't come in tomorrow, I work that day. If the pharmacist isn't rostered on, you need to change the booking system to reflect that. If he's rostered in but calls in sick, you need to let clients with booked appointments know. And you really, really need to apologise when your messed up system messes with peoples' day. Telling them to just come in tomorrow is really inadequate."
