"I had a very disappointing experience with northern tile. I had a tile purchased for my bathroom, as the tiler started to lay the tiles he realised a few tiles were broken. On opening all the boxes 9 boxes of tiles were completely broken. Northern tile showed us that all remaining tiles on the palate were intact and had blamed the builder, who we had seen carefully unloading the tiles, and I personally believe was not reasonable for the breakages. No compensation was offered. The tiles which had been selected were no longer in stock so tiles had to be removed and different tiles purchased elsewhere. I would never buy tiles from here again."
