"Supporting local businesses is important, but local businesses need to also support the locals. Eating out is a treat to us, so tragic as it is we always order the same thing, so therefore know what to expect to pay. After COVID we were happy to pay the extra to help them through, it is now double that. It's certainly not cleaning costs as it's tatty and dirty, there was also no heating in the middle of winter and it took them nearly 15 minutes to get a menu to us. I suspect that's why it was empty in there. Sad to see how much it's gone downhill, and the cost, well that was just outrageous."
"Terrible service!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! Made a order to be told 45 mins, all good. Order took over 2 HOURS to be done. Keep getting told, 10 more minutes, 10 more minutes!!!! Would have just left it if I hadn’t already paid!!!!!! Absolutely ridiculous. Order placed at 5.20, walked out with order at 7.40!!!!!!"
"OMG ... I think the most expensive one bowl of white rice in WA or Australia. It cost me $6. Furthermore, additional 10% surcharge for dine in. I ordered a Sichuan beef, The taste was average and not the real authentic Sichuan cooking style."
"Had Dine In in the restaurant (there were only 2 of us in there) which incurs a 10% fee on the bill. Food came out quickly, but wasn't amazing in any way. Take Away is thier main thing. The 3 girls at the counter were laughing and having fun, which is a good thing in my opinion, but they need to provide attention to the restaurant area as well. I wouldn't come back here, but it was clean and we were fed."
