"This shop has many healthy and organic products and i have spent very large sums of money here over the last 30 plus years all of which i felt worthwhile. My only concern would be in that there are products i have purchased initially unawares that are not healthy of which the packaging and price would indicate otherwise. I was very ill today with throat and lung infection. My husband went to Toowoomba (we live out of town) expressly to go to this store... believing this store would go to lengths to stock truly healthy products (throat lozenges). He kindly but unawares brought home a horrifically priced item he was recommended by the clerk to buy, an item i can't use if i want to get better. It is universally understood that white refined sugar or glucose syrup are extremely unhealthy. No dietary requirement... would require these items and all inorganic to add insult to injury. My advice to shop is to attempt to get health items without white inorganic sugar and glucose syrup. If this isn't possible then maybe have a sign to alert customers that these products are in fact not healthy even though they are falsely advertised as so. Just my two cents and to encourage other customers not to purchase extremely expensive items because they are advertised as healthy and assume they are. Read ingredients for yourself. Also an item isnt fully organic if it has inorganic white sugar just a heads up. Finally, when a customer calls to calmly and gently express disappointment and to offer constructive feedback please allow them to talk and not keep cutting them off to talk over them and then get a little rude at the end. Im sure this was because of stress but there needs to be a more professional and expedient approach to responding to concerns or feedback. Try to take the customers feeling and words seriously. Wait for customer to finish speaking. Try some empathy then discuss ways to resolve and promise to look at your procedures to see if possible changes can be made. No need to enter it into an argument especially when the customer is in a lot of pain and unwell. Thank you so much."
"Really great selection of organic and whole foods and the staff give really friendly customer service."
"Great little market, doesn't have everything but has a good size range and super friendly staff too"
"I love this place! Most of their products are certified organic and just make you feel so good when you eat them"
"Absolutely appalling behaviour from who i may believe was the owner. She abused two women with small babies today over parking where it was unclearly sign posted. Either clearly sign post your area or approach the situation differently. But after seeing this, i will never shop here again. Disgusting behaviour. The two girls said everything they should have and handled this perfectly"
