"Very helpful staff, our initial visit we were looked after by, my guess, the owner who was very helpful, going the extra mile to assist. Helped us choose some samples to take away and return when we were ready. He took us to another helpful staffer who came out and did the quote. We were dealing with 2 other carpet sales. Incredibly we chose a carpet from Andersens. Highly recommend Andersens if you are in the market for carpet. But by all means check out the other carpet sellers but my guess is you will come back to Andersens"

"Our job was completed last year in 2022 and I have finally taken time out to give Andersens the acknowledgement they truly deserve. We purchased a house and the day of hand over we realised we needed carpet, and we had a 5-day window for installation. Andersens' management and staff went beyond our expectations and made the job happen. Local competitors could not provide us anyone to quote the job within 5 days.
