"Ordered 2 pieces of furniture in January '23. Delivery estimated for April. Cash deposit paid. Phoned today to track, told by staff it will be AUGUST now !! Asked for refund, on phone, drove there, no money for refund!! Refused to sell us unit advertised in shop that has price tag attached with nothing saying it is a display unit, actually nothing in store says they are only displays!! BEWARE OF THIS FALSE ADVERTISING!!"

"Bought furniture for my parents room in june and booked for delievery for yesterday. I booked in advance so will be delievered on time but when went to check in store they said our order is still in melbourne warehouse and not sure if they could deliever in 7days .we didn’t recieve any call from store that our order could be delayed or whatsoever. Staff didnt even apologize for delayed or poor service. Very poor service, will not recommend to anyone Waiting for refund. Hope will recieve on time."

"The staff were who I purchased the piece of furniture from and the person who rang and organised the delivery a couple of days before were lovely, but the lady that I spoke to when the delivery didn't arrive on the day was not nice at all. When I asked why it hadn't been delivered at the agreed time all that was said was "its not our problem when it leaves our store they are external contractors" and "we don't have control over the time they deliver". I then stated that in fact they were the ones that organised the delivery and that not at anytime was I given the ability to ring the delivery people to see where they were or knew who they were, so in fact they were responsible for how the furniture was delivered and my concerns with it being stolen. All the response I got was a very rude goodbye and then hung up on me. I had another person in my car at the time and they were shocked at the rudeness. Its such a pity that one person can do so much reputational damage to a company. I would suggest that the owner removes this person from talking to customers on the phone and sends them to some classes on how to speak to people."
