"Most of the work they've done for me has been done to good standard. However they have very poor communication. Multiple times over a few different jobs before or after the job, I almost never received a call back as promised, always had to chase them. After getting a quote, i left my car and a list of what to be done from the quote with them for a week while I was away. They called once to try and upsell me on a new set of headlight globes and spotties which I declined. When I went to pick up the car, I was given a bill almost twice what was quoted after they decided to do a heap more work without permission (as well as not completing one or two items they were asked to). No resolution offered and wasn't allowed to take car without paying even though I didn't have all the money available at the time. Now one of the seals they replaced is leaking again after only 2000km and after two phone calls they still can't return my call or offer a resolution. Will not be returning."

"I would not recommend and definitely would not use this joke of a mechanic business ever again. The original problem first started around installing a bull bar on my partners vehicle. The installation was fairly professional but the work on the body around it was far from it. FIRST TRIP BACK: Not long after the bull bar was installed we had wiring issues to do with the windscreen wipers, this come from leaving cables unprotected and they rubbed through. They repaired this for free. SECOND TRIP BACK: When the wheel guard was cut for the bull bar it was just jammed up into the bull bar with no fixings so eventually it come loose and started rubbing on the tyre causing a terrible noise. We took the car back and left it with them 3/4 of the day and they said it had been repaired, all good to go. Their solution was to install one skinny zip tie through a perfectly good bolt hole, rather then trying to nut and bolt it. As you would imagine frustrations rose at this point and they eventually come to the party and nut and bolted it, one side they had to drill to. Its unbelievable to actually hand over and trust your vehicle with these kinds of people. Don't let the pretty work shop fool you, if they can't get the simple things right i would never trust these bunch of clowns. The receptionist is always lovely and professional to deal with, shame she has to work with an embarrassing team."
