"I had my worst experience with Harvey Norman in Darwin. They seemed so easy to make customer pay and after almost 3 months of waiting, they just asked me to come back for a refund. wasting my time. I bought various items in June, made payment and provided me with an ETA. I called back and they advised that the order has not been fulfilled and the items I ordered and paid was not shipped yet. When i tried to call them, they could not find my order number and said will call me back. Never called me back. I was always the one who initiated the call for follow up. The way they serviced me was not professionally. They spoke to me like "yeah you can come back for refund". It sounded so simple for them!!! This is not happed just once but twice in 1 order. During 2 months awaiting for my items, they already refunded me the fridge ( bad experience also) and now requested me to return to the store for refund!!! Not recommended for anyone to buy any kitchen appliances at Harvey Norman, bad customer service with low stock with no ETA"

"I’m a big fan of Harvey Norman but today went to computer section and absolutely stoked the guy who works there and his manager both were showing lack unprofessionalism and so rude also aggressive for no apparent reason but the lady I was on the phone with was really nice helping out as much as she could. I wouldn’t be impressed if I find out my employee treated customer poorly. Wishing Harvey Norman all the best."
"It is the worst shop I have ever experienced in my life. I purchased a laptop which was faulty. Then I exchanged it. But that was faulty too. Seems like a bunch of frauds sitting there to sell faulty products. This shop of harassment caused me much trouble and wasted lots of my valuable time already. I suggest you guys to be careful to select store. JB hiFi is a good store and I have good experience with them."
