"Friendly, professional, honest, and very helpful, reasonable pricing. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone... Brad."
"Great attention to detail and quick turnaround on servicing. Competitive pricing and the whole experience was very smooth and effortless."
"Charge over $200 to do diagnostic test and didnt even replace anything.. they wanted to keep the car to do more tests. So glad I said no!"
"Went here for the first time in about 4 years. They used to be very reliable. A lot has changed and I won’t be back. Asked for a 60,000km / 4 year service (had done about 58,000 but was due). They did a basic lubrication service and safety check and made a note that the spark plugs needed to be done at 60,000km. I know that – that’s why I asked for a 60,000km service. They also said the fuel filter was due to be changed – on this model it’s in the tank and doesn’t get changed. They correctly identified work needed doing on the rear brakes, and quoted me $800 to do the brakes and spark plugs. Two other respectable places quoted me less than $500 for the same work. What they did, they probably did well enough, hence a 2-star rating rather than 1. Very disappointed in how much it has slipped in 4 years."
"Had a normal service done there. When i got my car back they had managed to break the clips off my hubcaps then used cable ties to stick them back on, which they charged me for. This resulted in them falling off on the highway, so now 2 of them are gone. I have had many car services and tire rotations and never have the other centre's broken the clips."
