"Spot on. We have taken our car to two other Toowoomba service centres prior to moving to Toowoomba. The customer service was great. When they learned I would be waiting in the customer waiting lounge, they prioritised my service so I wouldn't be waiting too long. My only criticism was the lack of vending machine to buy food, but that's just me being a glutton."
"Very poor service. Only they are friendly when there is nothing for them to do for the clients. The people of Sales and service don't cowork to make the service better. Sale people want to just sell without future service potential and service people don't want to be responsible what sale people did. I won't buy a new car from them in Toowoomba again. After writing this comment ,we were serviced with Rianna. She removed some stuff from the desk to make us to feel comfortable and better vision to see each other . What a great attitude toward customers. And she was absolutely ready to listen to us. She dealed with customer complain very professionally and promptly. Hope we can reach at a good negotiation."
