Reviews
"Love this curry place Got Hot and Mild butter chicken and special fried rice and was amazing as always. Lots of chicken in, the curry is just beautiful with the way it's cooked, Presented and flavour."
"I am not trying to be rude, this is my open and honest review. Try to steer clear from this place for the love of Indian food. Worst in Toowoomba. Ordered the family pack hoping kid can enjoy the butter chicken and lamb roganjosh for us. Butter chicken was the worst I ever had in my life. No chargril smokey flavour, tasted overly buttery and red colour coating the hands and mouth. Lamb rogan josh and mixed vegetable was just like vinegar and bitter spicy masala mixed together. We could not even eat one full spoon of curry. Such a waste of money and time."
"Best place in Toowoomba for Indian. Reasonable price and the food quality can not be questioned. Always get takeaway from here and never had an issue with the dishes. Rich flavours and cooked fresh! I do notice a variance in heat of dishes, for example my beef vindaloo was not as hot as a medium Tiki Masala I'd ordered which kinda spun me out. That's why I love the place. Keep up the good work!"
"A wonderful little treat located over the road from the Hooper Centre. Probably the best Been Vindaloo that I've had in a very long time and It continues to be my personal favourite for a lunchtime getaway with workmates. The food and service are amazing and I've not heard a bad word from anyone I know who has been there. I've only dined inside the restaurant a few times and it's perfectly acceptable."
"Some venues are better suited to take-away. All the sauces are either lightly spiced, spicy, or mildly spiced, which tells me nothing other than everything tastes of "spice". Photos would be nice with the menu, I like to order based on colour. Butter chicken and Dahl tadka are my favourites. One day I will try a paneer. Tonight I had butter lamb which is not on the menu but is apparently a thing. Inside info for those with bird-egg syndrome, which is apparently a thing. The papapdams are thin n crispy and very good. The naans are moderate thickness and pliable and also very good."
