Professional advice: You're part of a money making business, if you treat clients disrespectfully and in a patronising manner then clients will take their money to another business. And if you, as a medical receptionist are finding that you have a miserable and nasty attitude each day then perhaps see one of the doctors in your surgery for some mood balancing medication."
