"Rude! Far too young and immature. I eat subway 4 times a week and have done so for the past 4 years due to it being a the only real option close to my work. I've never had an issue and have been to 2 stores upwards of 1000 times and have never had an issue. My work has now move to Victoria point and was close to subway so I decided I would probably just eat there every day from now on, on my first visit there was a nasty girl who was just rude for no reason and clearly hated her life so I decided not to come back due to how awkward of an experience it was. Anyway nearly half a year later (at which point I had forgotten about the previous experience was) i went in and the staff were rude and immature as if they were making a sub for teacher they didn't like giggling under their breath at nothing in particular and just acting like middle school children. It was honestly embarrassing. Anyway.... I'll most certainly never come back and will have to find somewhere else. And just little fun fact (just calculated it).. I would have spent $12,000 over the following 3 years that I intended to eat here."

"I worked here as a teen. Manager is Dave, terrible guy!!! And terrible management! Fired me on new years day for not arriving 5 minutes early, instead I was on the dot. Pretty sure that's illegal"

"Absolutely appalling rude customer service, served by a young blonde girl this morning who clearly hates her job and doesn’t want to be at work. 3 times I stated my order that I wanted my chicken toasted not the bread roll!! Not that difficult if you listen to the instructions from the customer! I then got the stony death stare and silence. She then proceeded to put onion on my sandwich after I said no onion. Lots of other bad reviews from other customers saying the same thing! Need to employ staff who want to work and serve the customers who are paying their wages. Also a friendly smile and hello goes a long way."

"Had the same experience as Ellyse R, I got here at 8:43, 17 minutes earlier than the closing time. The sandwich bar had already been completely emptied, cleaned and an employee was taking chairs and equipment back inside. I was told that they’re closed. Dear Subway, if you are going to advertise a closing time to your customers, please make sure it’s accurate. Even the sticker on the door says 9PM? I had specifically checked from home whether I would get there with a reasonable buffer, only to get there almost 20 minutes prior to the advertised close time, and get turned away and told that they’re closed."
