"Poor customer service.... I got there 10 minutes before closing, the old lady went nuts because of that. Then she forgot to scan my discount, throw my paper in the bin and said it was expired when it definitely wasn't. Then she started screaming at me because of the time and turned everyone else away. Definitely don't recommend going there at night time."

"Staff at Deergan Coles Express are absolute idiots . One of the staff members forgot to put my fuel through with my purchases in store and instead of realising that they had made a mistake they put in a report saying I ran away from paying my fuel bill. If I was running away I wouldn't have spent $20 in store and paid for all of that . I tap and go on my card so I hadn't actually realised . 2 days later I went back into the same store to get milk and the attendant was talking in riddles to me and she's like are you going to pay for your fuel today ? I was dumbfounded I nicely said I don't have any fuel I'm just here buying milk . She was like no the fuel you didn't pay for on Saturday morning. I had absolutely no idea what she was on about. If she had spoke to me like a person nicely and said Hun there was a mistake and your fuel wasn't charged could you pay for it now I would have happily done it. All she kept saying was it's been reported now The police will be contacting you . I will never be back into this shop again and I am giving bad feedback about this shop to everyone"

"The ladies who work here are all great, they're happy, friendly and always good for a quick hi or a bit of a longer chat. They always seem to have a good mix of specials and the bare basics like bread, milk, tea, coffee are available too. Definitely my go to for short shopping trips where going into the full sized Coles nearby is too much of an effort, I'm usually in and out here!"
