"Absolutely discusting! Forced to use this mean company as chosen by Suncorp! Walked in to get a car chosen for me by Suncorp; Firstly told not in the computer system; Secondly I’d already picked one up a month earlier Thirdly they had no car for me Fourthly not even shown or explained to me how to use keyless entry to turn motor on. Fifth-nastily email with a “Simon” written on it addressed to me that I had STOLEN this rental and had a nasty bill waiting for me and possible arrested."
"Small office but has a big car yard situated slightly away from main town. Slightly cheaper than renting from Airport. We had an issue with the booking and the rented car had some mechanical problems. But the friendly staff did a great job at being accommodating and helping. It really made a big difference to improving our holiday."
