"Vets are great. Supporting staff not so much. My dog had to go on a special diet for the rest of his life to prevent significant complications. This could be collected during his appointment. No diet. It then, could be collected in a day or 2. Still no diet. They’d call when it arrived. Never heard from them. Luckily I had also ordered it online elsewhere and researched home-cooked alternatives. I get we’re all busy and time poor, but professionally speaking this is not good."
