"Initial experience was pretty good, very affordable and was happy to sit on waitlist as my case wasn't urgent. The communication is terrible though and he's trying to take on too much so I would often feel like I never got his attention at my appointments and he would constantly be running behind. Would not recommend getting aligners here, he will tell you they take 2 weeks but will take 12 weeks each time to make them and ended up adding 6 months to my treatment plan in the end. I tried to pass on feedback multiple times to the receptionists and they said they get the same complaint all the time and they can't tell him and I would have go out of my way to email him instead. Still not completely happy with my teeth in the end, but any check ups I book he will have a quick glance and move onto the next patient."
