"We bought the spider 2500 about 4-5 years ago now and it’s the greatest thing we ever bought, well worth the money!! Unfortunately just recently we lent it to a friend for a few months who left it outside in the rain and it rusted internally causing one of the arms to cross thread when next used. We contacted Hero Hoists for a replacement part and Grant responded to us on the weekend to let us know he will look into it first thing Monday and true to his word Dave helped us source a new arm so we can fix it. We had to email/call back and forth a few times and Dave always responded promptly or called back when he said he would and just went out of his way to help us. He was just amazing!
