"I had my first skin cancer check for 20 years at FNQH Skin Cancer Clinic and was very happy with the way it went, especially as nothing was found. Dr. Schneider performed the check in a very professional way and has a great 'bedside manner'. Being retired and in my 70's I was a bit worried about them not bulk billing anymore, however I received a discount because of this and with the Medicare rebate, which they claimed for me electronically, I only had to pay about $35 myself."
"The doctor was really good ! Downside they do not bulk bill anymore & I’m on a pension . $85 , now have to go claim through Medicare & wait 7 days to be reimbursed. Looking for a bulk billing skin doctor now!"
"Super friendly and caring staff. They are thoughrer and explain all. Could not fault them. Special thanks to the skill and care to Dr. Ruth."
"Friendly staff and Doctor Emma is excellent at what she does. In the past the waiting time beyond the appointment time can be frustrating so I now purposely keep an open schedule when I'm booked in for my annual skin check."
"I don't appreciate being told "I'm still talking to you" in a condescending tone by one of the reception staff (blonde, glasses in her 50's) when I was nothing but polite. This clinic will make you fill out a Covid declaration form, including if you have been vaccinated, and then take your temperature (that's fine). However, the receptionist seemed to take issue with me not being vaccinated, and me explaining I have had covid and thus have natural immunity. Firstly, it's none of their business if I have been vaccinated, and I was under no legal obligation to answer, nor was I asked if I have a medical exemption which I currently do. She then told me to wait outside the clinic like a second class citizen, So I had to stand at the entrance for 45 minutes until the Dr was ready. I was literally in there one week earlier, filled out the same form, same information and was not asked to wait outside. If I knew I would be treated this way I would have gone somewhere else. Disgusted."
