"If you value yourself and your money do not sign up for this gym. They will take your money at every opportunity and they will come up with nonsensical reasons to justify why the money is being taken. I’ve had a late fee taken from me almost every payment I’ve made and yet the gym nor the bank could come up with a good answer why. I even live in a different state now and the payments are still following me. This company is one big money stealing machine. Don’t waste your time here. There are way nicer, way cheaper gyms to be found."

"Good gym however extremely disappointed with that staff member who didn’t want to help. I was only traveling in Townsville for a couple of days and lost my tag during my trip the young lady didn’t want to give me another tag, the next day was a public holiday so couldn’t even access the gym ! She pretty much said I had to go back to the Gold Coast to my home gym to get a new tag."
