"Good place for family doing bush walk then picnic"
"This is a beautiful Bushland National Park, right outside the Brisbane area. Trails and picnic areas for everyone. Wildlife is plentiful if you come in the morning or late afternoon. The Tingalpa Creek trail is an easy circuit, maybe 30-45min. The longer Venman Circuit is 7.5kms, about 1.5hrs if you have a steady pace. This circuit is currently closed on the Northern road, fenced off for some new road. Not sure if they’ll connect the trail elsewhere. If by some miracle, you can get around their flimsy fencing, you can connect up to the other park trails to the NW for a bigger hike."
"Nice quite 7.5 k Circuit surrounded by plenty of bushland . We seen two large goanna on the path , and got some bird activity (perhaps better if you head there earlier in the day) . Nice patches of green skirting the Tingalpa Creek and some photo perfect Creek crossing . Clean public toilets near the car park. We went around the circuit in the anticlockwise direction and noticed some steep descents (so happy we chose to go anticlockwise). We did the walk in a little over 3 hrs and we had a lot of stops along the way. Enjoy this treasure of a park."
