Dale, who did the initial Consult and very detailed Assessment/Quote was very thorough and clear about the process. Tamra and her Team, who I cannot speak highly enough of, did a marvellous job in our home. Tamra is exceptionally good at her job. I am very house proud and was quite nervous about how this process was going to go. But, I needn’t have been concerned. The Team were very thorough in removing all of the offending substance, whilst respecting our home and all of it’s contents. They are incredibly professional and respectfully take on aboard all of the client’s needs, wants, cares and concerns. They ensure a high standard is met at all levels. Their process, procedures and equipment is professional and effective.
