"Large, comfy and clean. Beautiful big verandah. Staff are just amazing....genuinely friendly and helpful. Location is also great....walking distance from hotels and shopping centres and 2 mins from main bus route. This location is good value for money and not inconvenient without hire car"
"This place was quite nice, the bedding could be better. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It's in a convenient location. The apartments themselves could do with some upgrading. Another negative was there wasn't much hot water in the showers even for a quick shower. Overall this place was quite nice for the price and comfortable for the price, I would recommend for an emergency stay"
"Recently, i traveled to cairns and booked this apartment for three nights for 6 people, including children. I arrived at the property at 8:30pm and there was no apartment booked in my name.They looked at the booking calendar and realized that they double-booked my apartment and there were no apartments available for my family. They then tried to book the cheapest alternative apartment for us which I had to pay for on the night. This alternative was quite far from the city, with minimal shopping centres in the vicinity. i booked this apartment 7 months ago and was communicating with them throughout, reminding them that i was coming. A lady named Sue told us she would help us find the alternative accommodation and drove away before finding the actual place. By this time, it was 11pm and we couldn't find anything to eat and my family were stressed, exhausted and extremely tired. For anyone thinking of booking this apartment, please make sure to check your booking carefully. No one should go through the situation that me and my family went through."
