"Nice selection of clothes but bad customer service. Personally will not buy here again. Purchased something of sale rack was told on rack only as is last one. Loved it and bought a bit loose but alas. Went to wear it next morning and found it is ripped on side seam . Went back to get some assistance with mending it and straight away was told no money back on sales. ( I did not want a refund) Than they offered to hand sew the dress or give $5 . ( is torn into fabric) It will cost over $25 to fix dress which was marked down $30 and I need to run around to fix?? Lady said otherwise they need to and charge me for it. There is nothing in this shop that can't be bought elsewhere in Cairns so my money will in future only be spend in other local businesses where they do offer customer service. Starting with the lovely silk outfit which will now be purchased In Cairns city."
