"Beware, this florist appears to be CLOSED for business. We placed an online order for birthday flowers, received a confirmation email and our credit card was charged but the flowers never came. When we tried calling the shop to follow up, our calls and messages were never returned. After several days, we had to drive down to the shop ourselves to find it totally cleared out. A local shop owner nearby confirmed they had finished trading after Christmas 2015. One would expect the fair and honourable thing to do would be to shut down the company's website and cease taking orders if they cannot be fulfilled. Now we'll have to chase this up with our bank to get the money back."
