"I rented for just under 2 years. Left due to rent price increase and covid left me without a job. At the time legally you were allowed to leave a rental agreement if you had lost your job through COVID. After telling the Realestate I’m jobless and if I could have rent decrease temporarily and pay back after I find a job, the owners decided against it (fair) so I decided to leave legally through what the gov had prepared for people who lost their jobs. Allison I think her name is, threatened to take me to court, fought everything I submitted. Was really hard to deal with. Not just the exit but the whole time renting, the contractors are WEIRD - like home jobs and un professional (cheap probably) and Boy after you sign that contract her communication is shocking. In the end the RTA said I had all the correct documents and I fit the criteria to leave the rental agreement, and Alison threatened to keep my bond and still take me to court, she even said ‘court will cost you more then the bond.’ I went with my gut and went through with it, the RTA forced her to give me my bond back, she never took me to court. I think realising I was completely in the right and clear. If I read reviews before I signed the contract I wouldn’t have signed it (either). Trust all those reviews below / I didn’t want to post on here my real name because sometimes its very intimidating - but I’ve decided I will. It’s been a year since I left the property and decided it’s definitely a review I NEED to do, that realestate really made my life ALOT harder in a rough time, and people don’t need that."

"Not professional at all manager does not care about long term tenants that have been good and clean. I do not recommend dealing with them at all!"

"Premier have been great to rent through. Good consistent communication, lots of notice for inspections etc. and all issues were addressed as soon as possible. Even the contactors they use for repair work have been great. Would recommend Premier!"
