"On the surface, they were quick to book, and even called to confirm the time of booking window (10am-2pm) the morning of our move, confirming they would be there during that time for us... sounds good, right? WRONG... They did not turn up in this windows and we had to contact them... after a lot of mucking around over the phone, they told us they were running behind and wouldn't get to us until the next windows (2pm-6pm). This did not suit us and when we voiced our concern, the call was abruptly ended. We, of course, phoned them straight back... This time we received a different version of events from them. Apparently the truck isn't turning up at all as they never had a truck available for us and we have to wait until tomorrow morning at the earliest (maybe). A bloody joke. We cancelled and found someone else. These guys weren't getting a cent from us... 3 days later, we're still waiting for our booking deposit refund."

"After booking, I read a lot of bad reviews. I considered booking another company. BUT. I'm very glad I didn't. You guys came super early! Moved my stuff quickly, and charged what was quoted, even though it took a little over an hour, I only paid for the hour! Very good prices! The movers were very friendly! "We used them to move my parents belongings from their storage unit to our flat out in Brisbane. Needless to say they ended up in the wrong storage facility first time round then when they finally got to us the move was on. They packed the truck really well, kudos for that, but when they got to our flat the trouble began with the driver reversing into the garage gutter of the flat we renting. Body Corp was around to film the incident, ofcourse, and our life has been Hell ever since. A month on and we're still waiting for CBD to make payment for the repair with no luck. Repair quote has been handed to them and it's been complaint form after complaint form with no resolve in sight.This is very frustrating and unprofessional! They should have personal liability insurance to cover such incidents right? So what are we waiting for? Come on and please get this issue sorted CBD. We are in the line of fire from our Body Corp and you dragging out this matter. UPDATE: It's been a bit more than week on, and thanks to Leo from CBD Movers, our issue was resolved without any further hassles. Thanks for coming to the party and getting this incident resolved.
