"Would not recommend this company!! My tax return took over an hour due to lack of focus and the constant lecturing about visas, to which I was then “told off” for because he ran into his next appointment. Ray was very pleased with himself for managing to secure me a return of $450, only to receive an email from the ATO advising me I actually owed $11,500!! When I contacted Ray to ask what happened he just said “sorry” and told me I should pay it immediately otherwise I wouldn’t be allowed to stay in the country. I asked him to resolve this obvious mistake which was another headache entirely. I had to chase Ray to submit an objection and was not given any information about when I could expect a reply. I made contact with Ray a couple of times to follow up. Once he had entirely forgotten who I was and said “oh, isn’t that over yet?” When he realised who he was talking to and the next time he proceeded to “tell me off” again for harassing him. Eventually, I decided to pay someone else who not only resolved the mistake but also did my tax return correctly resulting in almost $5000 return! If you value your sanity and want someone you can trust, I implore you not to use this service"
