At Sundance Vets, we have a dedicated team consisting of two vets and four nurses, all of whom are highly skilled and experienced in various areas of veterinary care. From routine small animal work to emergency equine care, our team is passionate about providing the best possible care for your beloved animals. As a locally owned and family-run institution, we take great pride in our commitment to compassionate and comprehensive veterinary care. We continuously update our equipment and knowledge to ensure that our vets and nurses can offer the highest standard of care possible.

For your convenience, our small animal clinic is located inside the Mareeba Centre (IGA) Shopping Centre, bordering Walsh Street, Byrnes Street, and Atherton Street. When bringing your dogs, please use our animal-friendly rear access entrance, easily accessed from the main IGA carpark on Walsh Street.

Our clinic operates from Monday to Friday, from 8am to 4pm. Please note that on Wednesdays, we do not have routine small animal appointments. We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays. In case of after-hours emergencies, please call our normal clinic number at 07 4092 1231, where you will be redirected to a mobile. Kindly leave a clear voicemail message with your name, number, and a brief description of the emergency. While we aim to provide a full after-hours service, there may be instances where we are unable to respond in a timely manner. In such cases, we recommend taking your pet to the Emergency Vets 24/7 in Cairns.
