"I went to return an item this Sunday which i purchased last week and the staff at Atkinvale, Townsville (Stockland store ) just refused saying she cannot. I think her name is BREANNA or something. She was very rude, did not even listen to me or even looked at the product. Later she agreed to exchange it when i said i would like to talk to the customer care.
