"Very poor. Delivery is dependent on the driver and if they are new, or in a hurry, or don't understand the concept of 'delivery', your parcel goes back to the depot. The fact that you cannot contact the depot but have to deal with a labyrinth of call center bureaucracy is a red flag to using this service. Use Australia Post."

"I had a Toll Express deliver from Sydney to Cairns, it consisted of 2 packages. Whilst the time from Sydney to Cairns was quick, only one of the two packages was delivered to me in Cairns. At the time of delivery I questioned the delivery driver about the missing package, he told me the missing package "would be delivered the next day", but recorded on his electronic gadget as both packages having been delivered It is now over 72 hours later and, despite several phone calls and emails, Toll cannot/will not give me any report on where my second parcel is. NOT GOOD - they show no real urgency about resolving the situation.I'm glad they don't deliver blood!!! This delivery forms a donation to a volunteer organization and I am extremely embarrassed. Customer Service - VERY POOR"

"tried to pick up a parcel after being left a sorry we missed you card and was told it could take up to three days to find it CRAZY !!!! Why was it not returned to their collection point !."

"Received an email Monday that my package was due to be delivered. Never came. That night at about 8pm I changed the delivery options to say I would just pick it up from the depot. Next day they put it on a truck and try to deliver again despite me saying I would pick it up from the depot that day. Can't be home to receive package because I'm at work. Looks like I'm going to have to get it tomorrow. Pathetic priority service, use DHL instead."

"Item sent from Vic to Cairns came over night was perfect but driver decided we were not home and left card while 4 of us were waiting for the item to deliver at home. Cars, shoes were just out side of our front door. Next day for re-delivery, this driver picked it up from depot in the morning, I rang to confirmed with operator of them. He said just wait till 5PM.so he will come. Weited weited and 5 PM no one came, I rang again and told that the driver decided to take it back to their depot by the end of the day. Depot is already closed and not possible to pick up till tomorrow. Not happy just waiting for item for two days at home so decided to pick up from depot. Sender paid for this co for the fast delivery to Cairns depot? NO! To the receiver!!!"
